Beautiful, creative, and unique pieces. The workers are very accommodating and friendly! I was dog walking, saw a chain I liked in their storefront window, tried it on, and knew I wanted it. I called back later and we set up a plan for shipment (since I had moved states). They communicated very well, and my chain was delivered from Cali to Ohio in two days. Definitely my favorite jewelry purchase.

Very professional, with a high degree of knowledge and explanation of the services to be provided. Took a necklace for repair, and was informed exactly what I needed and created a plan for future maintenance. They have a digital microscope which allows them to show you the fine details of the work required for your repair. They use the appropriate karet for the gold you bring.
