Office needs to be remodled as the waiting and exam rooms are drab. The receptionist and medical assistant are not warm or welcoming people. Service by Dr. Adams was great. On my first visit, he discussed possible illnesses with me and made it clear that he would not know until lab work was complete. On my second visit, after reviewing my test results, he discussed my illness in greater detail and treatment options. He told me that he wanted to see me again in 30 days. Dr. Adams is thorough and spent enough time with me so that I didn't feel rushed. His patience was appreciated when I asked questions to better understand my condition. The office staff could use some refresher courses on interpersonal communications as most are a bit rough around the edges.
