I was not exactly happy for my visit. I scheduled a first time visit with Dr. Dervi Selva Ganesh who was wonderful and very considerate. She did what I would call a full work up and was sending my results to Quest to check all things like my urinalysis etc. I believed that when they scheduled my next visit that it was to explain my results and what they think I should do next. Had my 1st appointment today with dr s ganish she was amazing will for sure recommend love everything about
I couldn’t even get past their clueless receptionist!! She asked me about my insurance, which I told her is MEDICARE and then she asked me if I’m pregnant??? Umm 🤔 really? I don’t know one person over 65 who is pregnant, do you? If their staff is THAT incompetent, then this is NOT the provider for me. What else are they going to mess up?
The entire team at Dr. Ganesh office is truly exceptional.The staff is not only professional and efficient but also incredibly attentive and gentle, making a potentially uncomfortable experience feel much more relaxed.
