Jayne and Robin were rude and disrespectful toward me during a phone conversation. During the call, Jayne stated that she is the manager of the office and that she is related to the doctors. She also stated that the doctors would not do anything to her because of her relationship with them. I found these comments concerning and felt that I was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I would like this incident to be documented and addressed appropriately.
I have been a long-time patient , and I am extremely concerned and disappointed about a recent issue involving my lab work . I was informed that there was a problem with my labs , and Jayne blamed the issue on the laboratory . However, when I contacted the lab directly , they told me that they had never received my labs . This situation is very concerning because accurate and timely handling of lab work is important to my care . They billed my insurance for quest diagnostics when I never went. Also they wear pajamas and crocs around the office, no scrubs. This place is corrupt dont go here!!!
