### Review If I could give zero stars, I would. **I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company based on my experience.** They made an offer on my property, entered into an agreement, and then changed the terms at the last minute. After the property was under contract, I was told the sale was **“as is” with no inspection**. However, they still wanted to come out to take pictures of the property.
