Was a few years ago I had my home. The guy I worked with to get the home was great, listened advised helped and understood. The lady we worked with to sell the home was absolutely awful trying to pin her own value on things ignoring 50% of the sellers involved. Got screwed pretty bad. Between chfa terrible service and shady practice and this company. Will absolutely never deal with this company again despite the helpful gentleman I worked with in the beginning and will advise others to avoid.

If you are going to drive recklessly around Colorado, at least make sure it doesn't have the company logo with the owner's name Shawna on it. Either way, if they can't handle a car responsibly you sure don't want them selling a house for you.
Just avoid this company and find a different person. Not worth the hassle and really awful.
I had a sign on my front door and you put a flyer on my front door. You also rang my doorbell. You woke my babies and I up, to see that it was your flyer on my door.
