Terrible customer service.
I needed a hydraulic line made at 4pm on a Friday. I live just up the road so I called to ask about it. The guy who answered the phone told me “it would be better if you came in tomorrow”. So I came in today. Only to be told “the guy who makes the lines won’t be in until Monday”. Forget it, I’ll find someplace else to spend my money since they just want to play games.

Took my snowblower in for service yesterday, less than 24 hours later they called to tell me it was ready for pickup! Runs like the day I bought it. Glad I'll have it in time for the snow on Monday! Top notch!
Buyer beware!!! We purchased a John Deere riding lawn mower in May of 2017 from Sell's in Woodhaven. Tried to start it a few days ago and it wouldn't start so we charge the battery a few times and it still didn't work. We took it back up to Sell's and they took us very rudely that "its not our battery".....?!?! Well its the one that came with the lawn mower. They are our direct connection when it comes to linking directly up to the Manufacture of our John Deere Equipment, as well as other brands we've purchased through them. They treat their customers like family!
My experience was different than those below. I was having trouble getting my lawnmower going (no spark) and thought it was the coil. I wasn't totally sure however and called other places and none had equipment to test the coil other than one place in Grosse Ille. They wanted $15 to test. Sell's tested it for free and found out it was a good coil. Went back and found out that the safety switch, although it was opening, wasn't opening enough to keep the machine running.
I gave this place a one star only because it won't let me give it no stars. Sent my wife up there with a Honda snowblower to get the pull cord fixed from the previous winter. They told her over the phone that it would cost $30-$40, but then when she got there they gave her an estimate for $175 to fix everything wrong with the machine. Which it ran fine other then the pull cord. Question how could they give me an estimate on the machine needing a full tune up when they could not start it cause the cord was broke?
