She spent time and was most kind and considerate. She explained all aspects and is top expert in all the latest in osteoporosis. So happy that I found here although it requires a long trip to see her.
Established patient for 13 years at Hopkins with a team of specialists/surgeons.First poor experience thus far. Took over four months to get appointment as new patient in this clinic. I contacted her office to say I was on campus, was having difficulty finding parking and would be there asap. She turned me away because I was 17 minutes late. Her cutoff I was told is 15 minutes. She refused to talk or see me. I was told to reschedule (another couple months).
Dr. Sellmyer is very caring, as well as being an excellent doctor. She explained everything in terms I could understand and even made a couple of personal phone calls to me. It's a five hour drive to get to her office but it has been worth it.
