I agree totally with Nicole. This is the worst company that I ever deal with, they are there to get your money and not taking care your property. One time I asked with they didn’t check the property every 6 months or at least one a year and the response I got that they were to busy and my property was not the only one they have. I rented with Selling Virginia years ago, as time has passed I feel obligated to warn others. I have come back full circle to tell you that Selling Virginia is not a good company. I was charged for items that they claimed were done before I moved in such as Gutter cleaning, Yard Maintenance (drainage issues in the back yard), Patching holes (holes in the ceiling hidden by poor patch work) and I even found a dead snake under a rug in the basement.
