My husband and I went here looking at an SUV that was posted on facebook marketplace, they were welcoming and answered all our questions . We test drove the vehicle and had it looked at , we bought it . I’ve now had it for one week and it still is driving perfect .
Bought a 2011 nitro had it 3 months and then had a blown head gasket. Had my father inlaw who is a mechanic look at it and the whole motor was bad.
I SPOKE WITH CHRIS ABOUT A KIA SOUL AND IT WAS EVEN A LITTLE BEFORE CLOSEING WHEN I CALLED, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK HIS TIME TO ASSIST ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VEHICLE EVEN TEXTING ME INFORMATION THAT I COULD HAVE FOUND BY SIMPLY GOING TO THERE WEBSITE. OUR CALL WAS FINISHED ABOUT 6:15 WHICH I REALIZED AFTER BEING OFF THE PHONE IT WAS PAST CLOSEING. I found a vehicle on CarGuru on their lot. I've contacted Sellersburg Auto Sales 4 times through CarGuru regarding a vehicle and have yet to get a response. Very unprofessional!
