Wendy Fountain is truly the best and we are so happy with her as our realator. She has worked with my family as well as my wife and I in the past. We decided to sell our home and move into a newer one. I contacted Wendy and you couldn't tell it, but come to find out she was on vacation and still got things rolling. Wendy is truly the best and works so hard for you. We have found our forever home, but if we need a relator in the future Wendy is who we will go to. Thank you Wendy for all your har work!!!!

Wendy Fountain was incredible. Every aspect of our experience was completely transparent from both sides. She had great recommendations as far as financing and inspections and even contractors. She was very responsive and quick, too! There was never any waiting around for her. We signed for our home less than a month after viewing it. That's rare! Wendy was the realtor representing the buyers of my home. She continuously ignored communications with my realtor, and did not supply the promised paperwork to meet the needs for closing. She wasted a lot of people’s time and money and caused a lot of stress and anxiety that could have been easily avoided if she would have just communicated like a professional should.

When we moved back to Iowa after living away for 28 years, we worked with Shelly to find a house in a few short weeks. She spent weekends helping us find the right home. Shelly helped make sure the whole experience went smoothly. We closed on time and moved in exactly as we planned. Even after we bought the house, Mike kept us informed of current interest rates so we could refinance later at a lower rate. It was wonderful to work with both of them!
