Ridiculous experience. I sent in an email with photos of our excellent hot tub, and the only reply I received back was "No, thank you" from Richard. No explanation, no follow up questions, or even general acknowledgement of my interest in his business. Seems like a shady operation- don't bother!!
The price was fair, and the crew showed up right on schedule. They had all the equipment and tools they needed, and were gone within an hour. A pleasant experience, and the non-working spa is gone.
Fast and professional service. Please bear in mind you will get a low offer, but I really wanted my spa gone to create a house addition. After advertising for a few months on craigslist (and NO takers), this was the best option and I couldn't be happier. They were in at 9:00am and gone by 9:30, and me and the wife have "dinner and a movie" cash.
If you want to get low balled and insulted by their embarrassing low bids, than call them up. Bobby actually had the nerve to offer $100 for my Sundance Spa that I paid over $7,000 for a couple of years back. Hahaha! Yea right!
They say they will buy your used spa, but when you jump thru the hoops, send pictures, write a summary, they say "no thank you". I have a cal spa, seats 8, no cracks, motor runs, heater works but due to disability, I can't manage it any longer. They say "no thank you". False advertising!
