Highly recommended, one of the workers Brian came by the house and inspected the car. Even with the damages to my car, Brian gave us a fair price! He was very helpful during the process. Would definitely try their services again
Did the online quote through there system. Quoted between $41500 and $ 44600. When I got the face to face valuation offered $ 31000. $20000 less than I paid 9 months ago. Not blaming the valuer. But website seems to be click bait.

Similar experience to others with high offer to get you there but then fail to deliver - They offered online a range of between $35,880 to $38,661. This is an offer for standard equipment. My car had $5k of factory options and the car is in mint condition so I'm thinking I should be able to get at the upper end of the range. Then they offer $32k when I turned up on site :( The valuer was ok to deal with but he admitted he sits behind a broken system that wastes the customers time and his time.
