After paying for my vehicle in all cash over $13,000 he left the vehicle for me to take with no gas. Maybe 20miles remaining in the tank just enough to get to a gas station. He used the vehicle for his errands to go around the day of before selling to me. On top of this the vehicle was not cleaned. Dirty windows on the interior.
