My mom lived in the Selkirk for 6 months. The people who work there are great, when they are not on their phones. My mom fell and broke her hip while she was there and then fell again when she was left unrestrained in her wheelchair….. They lost her glasses and hearing aids while she lived there and would not reimburse her for them. They would put her hearing aids in the office every night so they would not get lost, but they did get lost…. She has since moved to another ltc facility and is doing great.
