I called this office this morning looking for a dentist to extract my broken tooth. The receptionist, Mackenzie, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. When I told her “nevermind,” she actually called me back, claiming she needed more information to schedule my appointment. I told her again “nevermind,” and she hung up on me.
