I am very grateful to Alan for everything he has done for me! He is the owner of this service. I had an accident two weeks ago, around 10 pm, after a car crashed into me. No one even stopped to see if I and the guy in the other car were okay. Only Alan did it! Moreover, he helped me tow my car (total loss) and place it in his service for an indefinite period. I recently had an experience with this shop that I feel compelled to share in hopes of helping others avoid the same situation. After a flood damaged two of my vehicles, I was assured by the shop owner that my insurance and GAP coverage would take care of the storage fees. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Over three weeks, the storage fees for both vehicles accumulated to over $6,000, which I find quite unreasonable.
