I love their work, but there is never any available staff to do anything. I came in to soak off my gel x and I was told there isn’t anyone there, JUST TO SOAK OFF? I love this black on business, but it can be annoying
Nikki is a great nail tech. I’ve been going to her for a few months now. Almost every time I come, I bring my baby with me. This is the third time I’ve come and brought her just to be told at the END of my appointment AFTER I paid my $90 that unless being serviced, children aren’t allowed in the salon. Fine time to tell me that? Again, Nikki was a great tech for me. But I will not be returning. I can’t go to any established where both my baby and I aren’t accepted. 10/10 would definitely recommend! My nail tech’s name is Nikki and she provided me with the best service I’ve had in a long time. First off, I was greeted by the beautiful front desk staff and she was so nice! She offered me a water upon arriving and I had a seat in their beautiful seating area. Self.ish is definitely a vibe. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff. She called me by name, and I was very impressed (probably because I called in earlier for directions), nonetheless, I was impressed. As I sat down and waited for about 5 minutes, I couldn't stop looking around. The place was perfectly designed. It was giving me LA vibes for some reason.
