Nikki is a great nail tech. I’ve been going to her for a few months now. Almost every time I come, I bring my baby with me. This is the third time I’ve come and brought her just to be told at the END of my appointment AFTER I paid my $90 that unless being serviced, children aren’t allowed in the salon. 10/10 would definitely recommend! My nail tech’s name is Nikki and she provided me with the best service I’ve had in a long time. First off, I was greeted by the beautiful front desk staff and she was so nice! She offered me a water upon arriving and I had a seat in their beautiful seating area. Self.ish is definitely a vibe. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff. She called me by name, and I was very impressed (probably because I called in earlier for directions), nonetheless, I was impressed. As I sat down and waited for about 5 minutes, I couldn't stop looking around. The place was perfectly designed. It was giving me LA vibes for some reason. Two days of disappointment. I called on Saturday morning inquiring about Walk-ins. I was told yes beginning after 3pm. My sister and I arrived at 2:54pm and were told we could not be seen that day. Okay cool, I guess *side eye* the explanation on walk in, but appointment made for today sunday at 12pm. We tell the young woman Akua, we have a baby shower to attend at 2pm tomorrow.
