I purchased a groupon and called the merchant 3 times leaving a clear voicemail each time and I haven't received a call back. This is the worst customer service. I called on 3/9, 3/12 and then on 3/17. NOTHING! When I reached out to groupon they said the 3 days past so I can't get a refund. Who runs their business and doesn't call back to schedule or have an online scheduling feature? Just be warned that it will take a long time to even schedule anything. omg this was the best massage ive ever had!
I waited 3 weeks for this massage. Some of the best things come with patience. My advice is to book asap to get all the holiday stress away, Elle is worth the wait.
