Self Wellness has the best people. Shannon is so caring and lovely. Her treatments are so relaxing and calming. Highly recommended.
Staff there is great! Had a billing issue where I got double charged and Shannon called back right away to fix it and even gave me a credit for the next time I come back. She applied that without me asking which was really appreciated. Great customer service from RMT's as well as Shannon. :)
I would highly recommend self wellness, their booking site is easy to navigate and book through. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful. I have been going to connor since he started and he never disappoints.
10/10 recommend Connor! From my first visit about a year ago he was very knowledgeable about how to address my specific concerns and I appreciate how he thoroughly explains what we are going to do and why we are doing each treatment. I’ve been seeing him regularly ever since and I appreciate how he adjust the course of treatments and makes suggestions of what we should do based on my current concerns.
