Mike and his team do a great job of taking care of customers. BUT the office charged me a hefty late fee after their software kicked me off the auto pay system for no apparent reason. Not a happy customer right now.

We just opened a storage room at Self Storage One, and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Mike and Bob are incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process a breeze. Mike gave us a fantastic tour and showed us the unit, ensuring it was exactly what we needed. During the paperwork process, Bob shared a great story that led to an awesome, genuine conversation.
