Benicia she answered phone was professional and kind also the young Man his name Asman in Gaither RD. Storage was very helpful to sell and flow up also his manager the young lady helpful. Overall so far very good service.
Wrong lock. Called on Sunday memorial weekend. Call center. No return call. Had to book another storage. The. I tried calling to let them know on Tuesday. Call center. No reply. Had to call bank to dispute. SMH
I try my best not to leave places 1 star reviews, but this is one for the books..Very bad experience. Showed up to our storage unit. With the unclear instructions given to us by self storage we struggled to get through the gate for 20 mins. After that was over we found our unit, and immediately noticed strange guys hanging out in one of the units. Outside of the unit smelled like piss. And best of all our locker would not open.
