I try my best not to leave places 1 star reviews, but this is one for the books..Very bad experience. Showed up to our storage unit. With the unclear instructions given to us by self storage we struggled to get through the gate for 20 mins. After that was over we found our unit, and immediately noticed strange guys hanging out in one of the units. Outside of the unit smelled like piss. And best of all our locker would not open. My unit was broken into yesterday - padlock cut with bolt cutters. This facility does not have on-site management. I called after hours yesterday after meeting with the police, and no call back from the management. Waited all day today for a call back, even went to one of their on-site managed facilities and requested a call back - still nothing. I DO NOT recommend this facility.
