Have been very satisfied with Self Storage Plus until NOW. I received an email that they have been bought by Public Storage. I had Public Storage for a quote a few years and I left them because I rented a climate controlled space for a Good rate. Then all of sudden the rent kept going up every couple or few months until I was paying an Outrageous amount. I will be looking for a new storage place soon.
The front door has been broken for at least 3 weeks and they have not made efforts to get it fixed. So for 3 weeks, I haven't had access to my property during hours I am supposed to be able to get to it. They made a sign saying we can go through the office door, but twice now that has been locked and lights off during hours their nite says it is open. When I asked about it, they said the employee must have been doing their rounds. No, they closed early and thought nobody woukd care or notice. The company is currently in viol... read more
I would highly recommend this establishment. It’s located in a convenient and safe area. Damon and Monique are wonderful to work with. They are very kind, courteous and professional. They both happily answered all my questions. The pricing on unit for some reason got messed up during the process and they were quick to have a resolution. Thank you for what you do!

Everything was going great until they kept having issues with access. I've been with this place for about a year give or take and I'm absolutely disgusted with it. Especially seeing as how I was restricted access to my belongings during regular access hours for almost 2 months because of their doors. I particularly use storage not just to store but to buy/sell/trade items as a supplemental form of income, with items at times being large and cumbersome.
