Very unsatisfied with this business. First, a rate hike without notification. Then this? I have been restricted from my belongs for days due to this. The storage unit is for 24hr access! What a joke. Looking for a new facility to do business with.
We moved stuff in less than 6months ago and they suddenly raised the price $30 a month!! When I called to find out the reason they said every month they review the prices and availability and will adjust the price accordingly. I can only imagine how high the prices will go if they keep making huge jumps in rent fees whenever they feel like it. While the facility itself is fine these random price inflations is a crazy, unfair practice.
Overall the best experience in have ever had great customer service.A++++

He answered all of my questions and was very accommodating to my situation. Nowadays, it’s hard to find good customer service. Great job! 🤗
