I have two storage units with this company and was very satisfied with the service until January. Since then, I have been unable to access my units on multiple occasions due to maintenance issues with the door. There have been five or six instances where I could not retrieve much-needed items because the office was closed and there was no alternative way to gain entry. I contacted corporate but have not received a response, and the issue is ongoing.
The staff has been cordial, however that broken door for over 2 months is a huge dissatisfier. I cannot understand why no one is able to fix this door. In addition I have limited access since I can only come when the office is open. This is ridiculous. Very unhappy.
The front door has been broken for a week and they have not made efforts to get it fixed. So for a week, I haven't had access to my property during hours I am supposed to be able to get to it. They made a sign saying we can go through the office door, but twice now that has been locked and lights off during hours their nite says it is open. Absolutely appalling. Items stolen from my unit due to the apathy or negligence of management. Things were stolen over a multi week period via the same vulnerability in security! Nothing was done to address. Now the below mentioned restrictions on hours is in place yet management won’t even show up at the advertised hours to allow access. The only person who has my access to my unit, apparently, is a thief. I never leave reviews, but this is outrageous and I am starting to believe I need to pursue legal options to address.
