customer service was top notch. I felt very welcomed. Explained everything very clear. Smooth check in.
Self-Storage Plus has been an unexpected good experience. Renting the space online was so good because the office was closed. The lease, unit number, key code, and lock all provided after hours. It gave us such peace of mind. The building was clean, carts were available, good lighting and security!
BEWARE!!* Initially i paid around $200 for my 10x30 unit, now I pay almost $500! after a few months,, It is very unfortunate that raise it this high. Such a shame and not a proper way to do business, feels illegal.
