To those with disabilities - specifically invisible ones like Autism - I do not recommend this facility to you. The treatment I just received from the manager at this office was abhorrent. Even after I identified myself as having a disability and needing a minute to regulate and calm down so I could process, he called the cops on me and threatened to trespass me. Would he do the same to someone having a physical medical emergency? Who know, I’d hope not.

Was good at first, but thats how they reel you in. Went from $164 to $215 to over $300 dollars now in just over a year. I understand you have two main broken doors which is making it difficult for your tenants to enter/exit and move their items. But that increase towards the tenants so you can redistribute/allocate funds to fix those doors is down right criminal. UHAUL is offering $194 for the same size unit-with 24 hour access, has functioning doors and their increase is only $5-$10 a year. Ill just say this......lesson lea... read more
Had to move, had a sign out front that said first month free and didn’t specify anything on it, went thinking we could get the biggest unit I could afford first month free, nope go in to ask about it and they for one weren’t very friendly or helpful or even willing to work with us, and for two said that the only units you can get first month free are the 10x10, I said something about the sign and was basically ignored and told that that sign isn’t right, well if it’s not right and I just brought a 26ft U-Haul over here think... read more
