(GM) Kelly , I believe that first impressions are very important, but she has never changed from that easy-going cheerful disposition-just very kind and patient by nature. She really cares about finding the storage that is just right for what I needed. My whole family just loves her. Signed up with a first month free offer. After 4th payment they raised the rent 30% The Lease Clearly says we can RAISE the rent anytime. Lol “ Operator may change the rent or any other charge or fee by giving Occupant thirty (30) days advance written notice at the address stated in this Agreement. I had a great experience at Self Storage Plus at the Virginia Av location in Martinsburg WV. Kenya was amazing. She helped me all the way thru the process while tge system was down. She made sure I was good to go and even helped me decide if the unit I was renting was big enough for my stuff. Thank you Kenya, you’re awesome.
