I had a great experience at Self Storage Plus at the Virginia Av location in Martinsburg WV. Kenya was amazing. She helped me all the way thru the process while tge system was down. She made sure I was good to go and even helped me decide if the unit I was renting was big enough for my stuff. Thank you Kenya, you’re awesome.

I had never rented a storage bin. I apologize I am so bad wirh names but I'm sure it can be looked up. She helped me, I had to upgrade to a bigger unit and she made it easy thank you for all of your help
You all don’t deserve Kelly as an employee as she is the only pleasant thing about this place. We have not even had our storage unit for six months and we got it on a promotional price and they’re already increasing the rent. Nice bait and switch tactic. I am also being charged for insurance I never asked for when my renters insurance policy already covers it and got an email they’re increasing that too. They make it extremely difficult for military veterans to get their measly five percent discount they offer. I cannot stan... read more
The woman at the front desk was great. She went over all the paperwork and escorted us to our unit within 20 minutes of us walking through the door. The property and the indoor, climate-controlled unit was cleaner than any storage unit I've ever seen. Smoothest experience I've ever had with a storage company.
