I have nothing but positive things to say for the people in the office, they're incredible. But, do some pricing around before you come here. I initially started paying $83, which then went up to $98 not eight months later, to now I recieved a postcard in the mail from them saying it's going up again to $125. But they're offering 50% off your first 3 months? How about you show some courtesy to your existing customers.
SelfStoragePlus in Martinsburg is terrific. It is our first experience renting space for our things and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone I have spoken with there. I have been using this location for a long time, and they have very good and highly professional customer service. I recommend it.
Self storage was fast, convenient and Cheaper than any other storage place I I was trying to use. The associate I dealt with was very polite, charming, and made me feel welcomed!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to store their personal things!! Thank you self stories for coming through for me!!
