Save yourself the frustration we've had — avoid Self Storage Plus. We moved in 14 months ago at $90/month for a 10×10 unit. They've raised our rate twice since then, and as of June 2026 we're being charged $225/month — a 150% increase in just over a year. At the same time, they're actively advertising that same unit size to new customers for $111 with the first month free. This self storage facility is newer, clean, and completely indoors. It is equipped with elevators and flat-bed carts. Plus, its loading area is covered. Access is secured with a personal code for each customer. OK, so what? A lot of storage facilities boast thes features. Well, this one is noticeably less expensive that comparable facilities in the area. There is never a person there anymore. They have a dumpster but you’re not allowed to use it. They consistently raise their prices.
