Good place. Carts make the trips up the elevator and down the halls easy moving.
0 Terrible company. Profit over people. I don’t understand how this place has a 4.7 rating.. it feels more like a 2.7. The staff ( the old south asian guy ) is incompetent, assuming they’re even present. They never are. Moving out was inconvenient, but very much worth it. Don’t rent here unless you want to regret it.
The lock they sell didn’t fit my door. When I asked for a refund of the lock (since now I have to go buy one on my own), they can’t do refunds. It has to be approved through corporate because the individual storage facility’s credit card machines can’t do refunds. Seems like a scam, Self Storage Plus.
