Phoenix at Self plus storage is great she is truly helpful and although the customer service here is great , I have however noticed that there prices change too frequently opposed to other storage companies. This can be an inconvenience for customers and a pain if your considering staying, I myself am debating on whether I should even stay here after this lease due to the sudden increase in rent within 4 to 6 months. My hope is that they would consider allowing at the very least long-term customers to keep their current unit... read more
Phoenix at the BelAir Md location deserves a raise! She was wonderful at explaining everything in detail. To someone who has never had to rent storage, I had no idea how much came a long with it.
Phoenix was very upbeat and personable with great attention to detail.
