Convenient location and a good price
The manager Phoenix is amazing. The facility on the other hand is awful. No climate control all summer. In fact, it was 105 degrees in the third floor several times. The elevators are broken more often than not. Power was out for 48 hours. It’s always something. I feel bad for the employees.
Great pricing for my area but this building has some problems. Elevator out of order. Push button to open cargo door out of order. Manually operated cargo door is difficult to open. Saving grace is polite, helpful personnel.
These folks are great. Clean facilities, and nice people are running the place. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that they do not allow PODS or other competitors onsite. Update: Don't plan on staying there for any period of time. We rented a unit in 2018. They raise the rates incredibly. Today 4/6/2024 they informed us that the new rate for our 10x20 unit would be $477 a month. Going to their website you will see a new renter will pay less than half that.
