Honestly, out of all the storage units I have ever had… this one should offer their units for free. It’s almost funny how horrible they are. So the gate closes at 10pm. As in, you won’t be leaving unless you’re out of there by 10pm lol. Try calling them. If they get “irritated” by you for inconveniencing them with a phone call - they’ll literally just hang up for no reason haha. And call back. They won’t even care at all. Have had No issue! Clean and safe! Switch units! Prices getting a little high for unit I had, down sizing was a little rough but not much I could do! Being on a fixed income have to account for every penny! Not having a place of my own, don’t have lots of options! All in all No complaints! 🙂
