I had a 5x10 unit, which was surprisingly tall. The pricing was decent, though it did increase annually. The in-and-out process was simple and convenient. I’m moving out to cut overall costs, but I appreciated the clean facility. Thank you for working with us on the unit cost over the past several years.
What a friendly and professional person manning this location.. NIKKI was amazing explaining the options and was ready to refer me to the one of their locations if needed ... she found a unit where i needed it and the paper work was done and signed. Look at a different place to store your stuff. Security cameras do not work here, their system is old, property is run down. Your stuff isn’t safe, I had a $10,000 dollar four wheeler stolen out of my unit. My lock wasn’t cut, the latch to the unit was cut off and my unit was was left wide open for days for anyone else to help themselves. I was not notified. I found my unit wide open. If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke have been a loyal customer for years. They recently got new ownership and management and let me just tell you they’re in no shape or form to be running this place down the drain like this. Just a disappointment, this place used to be a safe and reasonable place to keep your stuff but now under the new ownership and management all they do is jack the rent up and do not take care of the place at all.
