I rented the perfect unit today and got to meet the wonderful Ms Nikki. Lovely lady. Definitely great at her job. Her professional mannerisms and attitude are an asset to her customer service. Everything was excellent thank you I am definitely recommending to all me friends
I wish I could give Ms. Nikki Butler more than 5 stars. Her customer service was by far the best I've received in a long time. The facility is clean. Dodson Pest control was on property doing preventive. Gotta love it. She spoke to each customer we encounter by name. Thank you for the excellent service. I know I know I am storing a the right place im not worried at all. My items are safe.
