************WARNNING*********So many better options please do not do business here bed bugs, Roaches, and mice not to mention someone urinated in the hallway, they will raise rent, and prevent you from paying to collect a late fee this place is a SCAM
Don't waste your time and money here please they will increase prices and dont accept partial payments and there rent gets pretty high, customer service is good but the policies are horrible the system is set up so that they can auction your unit for there own profits, just like 2 days before my due date I tried to make a partial payment and they would not allow it and im starting to notice that this place is scam.
I am posting this to warn other tenants at this facility. On November 7, 2025, I discovered that my storage unit was systemically contaminated with rodent droppings and urine, resulting in a total loss of my property (see attached photos). I have officially filed a lawsuit in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County against Self Storage Plus Management LLC for Gross Negligence (Case # D08CV25051725 pending).
