Self storage plus in Owings mills is terrible when it comes to communication. I had several problems with increases without being notified, not receiving invoicing and being charged for insurance I never signed up for. I have had renter insurance with no lapse since renting there. Dominic the general manager is simply terrible with communication. They do not respond and no one is ever @ the facility.
