Wow! The front desk person, Gail, is hands down the nicest person you will ever meet. She took the time to tour the facility with me, explain the enter/exit procedures, tested to make sure my code worked, and really went out of her way to provide a remarkable experience. I chose this place because of previous reviews of Gail. I am happy I chose this facility.

The company ADMITTED THEIR ERROR ON THE RECORD, and over one year later, STILL refuses to return the funds. As a veteran and a local small business owner, I have to insist everyone avoid this place.
