Company accidentally charged me for a storage unit after I cancelled my unit on time. The company ADMITTED THEIR ERROR ON THE RECORD, and over one year later, STILL refuses to return the funds. As a veteran and a local small business owner, I have to insist everyone avoid this place. This storage facility is so wonderful! It is always spotless and run incredibly efficiently. The property manager always goes well beyond the call of duty!!!
