Great, helpful staff.
I've been here for over 3 years and had full intentions to stay for at least 2 more years. Because of rate increases, in 2023 I was paying almost $350/month which is over $100 over market rate. When I talked to the former district manager, she helped me get into a locked-in rate of $275/month - still about $50 over market rate, but I was okay with that because of the convenience of the location.
