This storage co.is the worst I have ever had they charge you triple in late fees compared to the rent and the insurance combined, they say I owe Im past due on the 3rd when my due date is the 18th, my unit was suppose to be $15.00 a month and $14.00 for insurance and I got charged $115.00 in late fees for a $48.00 monthly unit and I pay every single month. The unit itself is great. I have an issue with the cost. I started out paying less than $200 a month and am now paying over $400 a month!! This is all within less than 4 years. There is no kind of upkeep for the unit so I don’t understand the increase in price. I really can not afford this!
