Great, helpful staff.
I've been here for over 3 years and had full intentions to stay for at least 2 more years. Because of rate increases, in 2023 I was paying almost $350/month which is over $100 over market rate. When I talked to the former district manager, she helped me get into a locked-in rate of $275/month - still about $50 over market rate, but I was okay with that because of the convenience of the location. The ladies are very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them.
Abbey the manager at our self storage facility has great customer service skills. She is very knowledgeable of her job and takes great care of her customers.
