I highly suggest staying away from SelfStorage on the Levee. There was a change of ownership/management in the early part of 2026. Since then, the price has gone up and the customer service quality has declined markedly. I have been trying to achieve resolution on double payment for storage units since May 3, 2026 for May storage rental. I have called and written by email multiple times to apply either the check or electronic payments to the June 2026 storage. I have not moved things in yet just went to put my lock on unit i was not too happy to get a message less then 24hrs since signing and paying for unit that it went up 10 more starting next month so I called and the price was adjust to want was said when purchased

Storage on the Levee was definitely so much better than the other big box storage places, especially when it came to costs. Many of the big box places will Offer a low price to get your stuff into their unit, but once you’ve been in there for a few months, then they jack up the price pretty rapidly which Storage on the Levee did not. Best and most reasonable storage facility in the area! They don't do a bait & switch like some do. They don't increase their prices by double like one did that I had been using. They're responsive any time there's a question about anything. And their "climate control" truly *is* climate control (again, not like one that basically said the AC would kick in if it got to over 85° F - and when it did when I was there, it was completely inadequate). I highly recommend Self Storage on the Levee.
