No manager on site. No office. I was 3 days late , they told me, and shut down the ONLY way to make a payment. Through online. The customer service is a 3rd party people and can not take the payments. The only thing they can do is send a message to the manager to call us back but after 3 weeks(and calling every day) nobody has called us back. There is no way to give payment once they shut down the phone number. There isn’t even a red lock on the unit.
I cannot get in my storage I can't get anyone on the phone the temporary gate access code is not working!!!!!
Great location and you can't beat the price. a 10' x 20' drive up non-climate-controlled unit for $135 per month!
