reserved storage online because a move=in truck was to be provided at move in. provided move-in date during the initial paperwork. The truck was never even mentioned, i had to call about it just to find it that it would not be available at my move-in date. decided to rent a truck through u-haul, and rent a storage unit since they were so much more reliable and about half the price for the same product. It could not be lower. This company is a complete racket, raising rent whenever possible. Also, applied an "insurance" to my unit when I never received notice they needed mine. When I presented evidence my insurance was always valid, they refused to show consideration of the fact, then lied about how their insurance works and costs. Avoid if at all possible. Times are rough. These are not the people to work with though. Because they will not work with you.
