I had to quickly rent a storage unit, because my bedroom ceiling caved in, and I was cleaning out my wardrobe with many pieces of clothing on my bed. I called Self Storage of Mount Joy and was immediately taken care of, and there was a bonus: first month free! My unit number and code were texted to me, and the unit was clean, and the padlock and keys were provided. I am very pleased and very thankful to use this unit while my ceiling is repaired. As for a new management there has been very very good transition from one owner until another.
Excellent, love it here. Easy!
When Tim was there he was so great! He was very understanding and worked with me. Now there's no one there and it's all automated. I miss the in person contact. Overall the storage is great and even the people who run this facility over the phone are nice.
