My key code only worked on my check-in day. It says to call but there is only someone in the other location - a mile away - and they keep bankers hours. It's listed as climate-controlled but if I visit after winter my locks are frozen. The one open toilet usually doesn't have paper. So why am I giving it five stars? The location is top notch customer service. The franchise used to be run poorly through corporate & high fees, but service incredible the last 2 years! It's like a brand new company. Especially this location! And I've used storage for decades.
