I do not recommend storing your belongings with this company. In November 2022 their main gate stopped working, meaning the facility has been open to anyone 24/7. As of the end of March 2023, the gate is still unsecured and is never closed. I had escalated my concerns to local management multiple times and they didn’t have any sense of urgency around this and kept saying the issue was to be fixed “next week”. I was a long term customer of 13 years. Old owners were great, now that Prime Group purchased facility it is ONLY all about the money. They charge for everything, if you want a monthly invoice mailed to you, if you want to make a payment over the phone, if you like to pay with cash and nobody is ever there, you will pay the late fee. Many of the long term tenants have moved out since new ownership. The place is well managed. You might think what service do you need from a storage place. Well maintaned gate, security camera's, snow removal, easy payment options, attentive staff... this place is well run.
