Had my stuff there 5 years finally got it out no changes perfect as.the day I put it in the space .very nice and clean , great people work there!
This is my second time using Self Storage of Branford. Carla Lesh makes the process easy. She took time to find me the right size and location of the storage unit. The place is very clean , well lit and easy to navigate. You can tell Carla takes pride in her work. I highly recommend working with her at his facility.
I have been dealing with Extra Space storage for about 15 - 16 years and have always had fantastic service, when you were open.But I must say that their current desk manager James is the best...always available to serve. Prior to his being here, I could drive by during regular hours n was unable to get in. The past year has been very customer oriented.
If you want a place you can trust this is not the place over the wall and anyone can Steal your stuff yes up and over you can have anything you want that's how I was robbed pat you can tell the Owner, thank you for not keeping up his Promise That my stuff was gonna be safe. There's no cameras only off the elevator. I was paying for insurance told me I couldn't use it. He threatened to go up on my rent after I got robbed because I wanted to collect the insurance money so I could replace what items were stolen. Place is a joke... read more
