Carla is amazing! Had such a great time working with her to coordinate our storage needs. She went above and beyond to make this such a pleasant experience. If she’s not the one running the show here, she should be - she does it all with a great attitude and personality!

I can’t thank Carla enough for making this transition from a different company to Self Storage of Branford so seamless. She was very clear & very helpful. She knew exactly what i needed for what i was storing and made it happen with great communication. the facility is GREAT and the staff is even better.

This experience was amazing. Customer Service is everything! I looked at a public storage unit and had planned to rent from them, but did not choose them because their customer service sucked. I was so disappointed and their rates were higher. I chose Self Storage of Branford because Carla gave me an excellent experience. The rates were good and the facility was nice and clean. Terrible customer service. Person I spoke to on the phone was rude.
