I have been dealing with Extra Space storage for about 15 - 16 years and have always had fantastic service, when you were open.But I must say that their current desk manager James is the best...always available to serve. Prior to his being here, I could drive by during regular hours n was unable to get in. The past year has been very customer oriented.

If you want a place you can trust this is not the place over the wall and anyone can Steal your stuff yes up and over you can have anything you want that's how I was robbed pat you can tell the Owner, thank you for not keeping up his Promise That my stuff was gonna be safe. There's no cameras only off the elevator. I was paying for insurance told me I couldn't use it. He threatened to go up on my rent after I got robbed because I wanted to collect the insurance money so I could replace what items were stolen. Place is a joke... read more

Carla is amazing! Had such a great time working with her to coordinate our storage needs. She went above and beyond to make this such a pleasant experience. If she’s not the one running the show here, she should be - she does it all with a great attitude and personality!
