Very unprofessional experience. A lot of hostility and disrespect from either a representative or the owner. (They refused to be transparent about who I was speaking to). Their manager multiple times harassed myself (and others) while we were moving things in and out of our units. He spoke to us as if we weren’t paying customers. The best storage facility conveniently located and reasonably priced. The manager Terry is very helpful in moving transition. I highly recommend this place for it's price and customer service.
