Staff was always friendly and helpful. Lived in an apartment with limited storage and Storage Sense was great for that. Would recommend.
So far so good. Manager was nice and knowledgeable. Helped me understand everything. Only issue I would say is that they are not a 24 hour sight. Me being a person that gets out of work more on the later side would benefit from that completely. I would still definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I have used them several times since they bought the Holly, MI location. The rentals have been very smooth every time.
Great experience so far! The young lady at the front was very pleasant and made the process extremely smooth!
The online setup was delayed , probably due to my poor internet access. Went to the office and was immediately helped with everything I needed. Very friendly staff.
