Very easy to reserve, price great. I had questions so called number and spoke to a REAL person! A short time later received call from a different team asking if everything ok. Terrific customer service! Went to facility, found unit based on map emailed to me, everything inside!
Today was my first day of ever having a storage unit. I live in Westerly but chose Richmond because their prices were much much better. I walked in and was greeted by the gentleman at the desk. He said he had been managing that location for 6 years. He was very helpful and very patient with me. I wasn't sure about the size of unit that I wanted but he had no problem taking me and showing me the size of the 5×5 and the 5×10.
