If I could give zero stars, I would. This U-Haul on 40th Street is extremely unprofessional and mismanaged. No one was on site during posted hours. I was told to go downtown for something that could easily be handled online. The staff I finally reached were lazy and unhelpful. They also booked me into a unit more expensive than what I asked for and wouldn’t make it right. They wasted my time and money. Very poor service. I left very upset. Avoid this location.

No manager onsite. Bad customer service.
