The U haul agent was very professional and thorough. Ensured that we understood all important policies and was extremely helpful during the storage unit rental process.
I have been fighting with U-HAUL since December 2023 to resolve an issue. After countless dead ends and hopeless promises and 6 months later I removed my stuff from their storage facility. I was a faithful customer who was on auto pay and my questions and issues still remain unresolved! Emails and phone calls were made and still no follow through.

The having to enter my pin into one key pad to “check in” and then turn around to another key pad to enter the code yet again to gain access to the building is incredibly frustrating. If I’m entering my door code, I’m checked in. End of story. And as for the big letters across the front of the building “Uhaul 24/7 self-storage” it’s a very deceptive blatant lie.
