Reagan was very helpful in closing my account. He did it in a timely manner and got back to me after cracking the storage unit.
In my 44 years of experience with U-Haul they have went over and beyond to accommodate me and my needs! Always caring and giving to my needs! They are the best!
Storage units seals are broken and after months of trying to get them to fix it it was never done, parking lot is a mess no parking or space to barley drive through, staff is so short staff going inside take hour or two to get seen, app has been broken for in store shopping also making no alternatives
