I'm curious how you even operate if your website doesn't work, and your mobile app doesn't work properly either. It's too bad you don't have any competitors - otherwise you could at least wake up and create a decent service for people. And this happens all the time—something always glitches. I've been using it for over a year now, and I always felt like I was being bullied when I used the mobile app.

Improve customer service. Slow and unfriendly. Improve lot organization. Improve car maintenance. The truck we rented had no business being in service.

Muy mal servicio al cliente. Yo siempre e rentado cosas aquí en este U-Haul y desde hace 2 semanas que e tratado de rentar una trailar y me salen que no tienes y en la parte de atrás tienes muchas y hoy que volví a ir me dijieron lo mismo primero que estában descompuestas y luego que ya esta rentada están perdiendo mucho dinero por el mal servicio o no querer rentar las trailar.
