Uncaring, approaching on hostile customer service. 30 minute wait to get a tank of propane filled on a Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. No one cared. No one did anything to help.
Great service!!
We came here to fill up our propane tanks and we had to wait a little while waiting for somebody to help us. Kerrie came out to help us because she saw we had been waiting a little while. She actually skiped her lunch to help us out. Now that's what I call service beyond the call of duty. This is an employee that makes things happen. Thank you, Kerrie, U-Haul really needs to appreciate these kinds of employees because they put the customers first.
I’ve been using U Haul services here in Redwood City about 2-3 times already and every single time I have been extremely satisfied with the service, how helpful everyone is, the convenience and how smoothly they make everything for us stressed out movers! They also allow you to park your car in their lot which is cool! Left mine over night, it was safe. Super happy thanks a lot :)
