Cleaned out my storage unit and went into the office to close my account and neither of the two employees knew how to complete the service. They made a phone call to then find out they didn’t even have the permissions to close my account. Had to leave my information to be contacted the next day by other employees, who I never heard from. Getting a link to a move-out review is the only indicator that I’ve been closed out. So incredibly mediocre.
