Just have all necessary documents, and it is a breeze.
This particular store I was first greeted by a young man that knew nothing about the products or what they offer also would not get off his phone to address my needs and Questions however the second time I went in I met a man named George and he made all the difference in the world My son said to give the story a second chance I did and was her very happy.
Thank you for having me the U-Haul family. I was always comfortable with my storage if I had any questions or needed extensions everybody was friendly and understood. I was with the U-Haul family for years, so thank you again.
The free lock with the 1 month of free self storage was a definite bonus to the trailer rental we needed to move a family members items from storage in Florida to San Antonio, Texas. Staff and location made this a truly uneventful experience and will keep them at the top of our list for future rentals.
