The facilities are nice and new. We rented a climate control unit and found it to be really nice. Those units can be more difficult to move your stuff in but we found all the dollies we needed and no rush to be done. Wish they had customer restrooms in the office. We were there 4 hours, which calls for a potty break. We had to drive to a gas station for bathroom facilities.
I was evicted from my storage unit with no reasonable alternative. I had been a customer of Winchester Storage for many years, and in fact provided the design of the building layout to the previous owner. I am not pleased at all with U-Haul's actions forcing me to find storage somewhere else.
