Omg Adrian was the most kindest and sweetest person i had a huge dilemma and she was kind to walk me through it , she was sweet excellent and very determined to help with my move because of her excellent customer service everything turned out okay , i would definitely rent a U-Haul and both a storage unit again.
It was such a pleasure utilizing this facility. Human kindness is something people miss and that is not the case here. I was able to witness the general manager training a new employee. Not only did she assist, encourage and provide reassurance to her new staff I was provided impeccable customer service. He Was Great And Very Helpful
The general manager, Gabriella was very helpful. Every employee I ran into was very nice. The storage facility is one of the nicer ones I have been to and I appreciate the security measures. The free carts were an absolute lifesaver.
