I had such a fantastic experience at the downtown U-Haul location today! Peter was an absolute gem—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. He turned what could have been a hectic day into a peaceful one. Thank you, Peter, for going above and beyond!
I was overcharged for fuel usage on this rental. I drove this vehicle 4.4 miles and somebody seems to think that that would require 4 gallons of fuel. This is not the first time this has happened at U-Haul. It appears that U-Haul has an unethical fraudulent business model to scam people out of money in charging for fuel their vehicles. U-Haul’s near monopoly on the moving truck market apparently enables them to overcharge people. I will not be doing business with U-Haul in the future whenever possible.
Omg Adrian was the most kindest and sweetest person i had a huge dilemma and she was kind to walk me through it , she was sweet excellent and very determined to help with my move because of her excellent customer service everything turned out okay , i would definitely rent a U-Haul and both a storage unit again.
It was such a pleasure utilizing this facility. Human kindness is something people miss and that is not the case here. I was able to witness the general manager training a new employee. Not only did she assist, encourage and provide reassurance to her new staff I was provided impeccable customer service. From the time I waked through the door with a lovely greeting to the time I turned my truck and storage over. I appreciate the hard work and dedication this team is committed to.
