Jeffrey and Kenzy were both friendly and attended to our needs promptly. Tha's all I am looking for from the reception desk. I am truly happy with this location. I have been using another climate controlled Uhaul unit at another location for years and UHaul pricing is very reasonable and no bugs. Overall I am happy with UHaul.
The staff member Jeffrey on July 15 ,2025 was absolutely helpful and provided exceptional customer service by consistently making me feel valued and heard. He efficiently resolved all my issues and frequently exceeded expectations with a positive, proactive attitude to my problems.
