Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. Was such a hassle free process looking at their different sizes that were available and renting one. The gentleman that showed me the units didn't make me feel pressured to getting one or rushed. Answered all questions that I had. Facility is well maintained, has air condition and is very clean. The management is excellent. Elsie was so kind and welcoming and literally the first face I saw upon move-in. And, Jan was gracious and helpful during my move-out. The Customer Service is first rate, the prices even better (than competitors), and I will be/have been strongly recommending to friends.
Mr. Papo provided attentive, courteous service, actively listening to my needs and offering suitable options. He ensured I understood the facility's operations and encouraged future communication regarding any questions or concerns. The experience was exemplary.
Was nice dealing with the staff. Most helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of their way to accommodate me.
