I had my unit for a year there and I feel so blessed. Staff is friendly, helpful and so so kind! Move out was easy and they have been nothing but helpful and kind along the way. I hadn’t touched the inside of my unit for a year and was scared of what I might find when I was able to moved out of it. It was PERFECT! No mince! My old storage place I had to throw away a ton of stuff due to mice ruining everything! Cade Breitenstein from the 3751 W. Diamond Blvd. location assigned my storage unit assignment. Although he was clearly very busy, I found him to be kind, considerate, organized, and professional. From start to finish, business was conducted with swiftness and ease. 10 stars for Cade's service. A note on the storage facility: Very clean, very well maintained, climate controlled, maps of the floor plan from 1st to 3rd floor/elevators are given to clients which are easy to understand and follow.
From the truck rental and return to self storage, this location did a great job. I engaged with three different individuals and all three were friendly, courteous and professional. Great experience!!!
